End Gun Violence Now

Enough is enough is enough. When will the latest mass shooting in the United States be enough?

Here are 3 ways that YOU can make a difference and take a stand against gun violence.

Enough thoughts and prayers, we need policy and change. Want to know the best way to honor the 19 people that were horrifically murdered today in El Paso? Demand gun control! Feel overwhelmed and need some help finding a place to begin? Here are some concrete ways to do something in the wake of this tragedy and help end gun violence in the United States.

Learn: Take a few minutes out of your day to listen to a great podcast from The Prevention Institute. The hosts discuss that despite the magnitude of gun violence in the United States, communities can and are using a public health approach to prevent gun violence. Take a listen and learn how Communities Can Prevent Gun Violence.

GIVE: You're not alone in this fight. There are many incredible organizations on the front lines fighting to enact stricter gun control laws to save lives. If you can, donate to one of the organizations taking on congress to stop gun violence: Brady Campaign, Everytown for Gun Safety, The Coalition to Stop Gun Violence, March for Our Lives, and Moms Demand Action.

ACT: Keep your representatives accountable. Engage in *polite* conversation with them on a public platform. At the end of the day, public relations matter to politicians. Whether you decide to call, tweet, or fax your representatives - demand gun control now! Don't know who your representative is? Or how to get in contact with them?
